There is a huge problem with the Boehner plan... It has been rejected by the Dems in the Senate already. That means it will be used as a new starting negotiating position, rather than an ending position. The bill is a do-nothing, put off the discussion until the election bill. Tea Partiers NEED to argue this issue during an election, but they may not even get that option with this bill.
